Du bist herzlich zur außerordentlichen Vollversammlung am 07.06.2023, 19:00 – 21:00 Uhr eingeladen.

Die außerordentliche Vollversammlung bietet Gelegenheit den Verein aktiv mitzugestalten, eigene Belange einzubringen und deinen Sportverein mal von einer anderen Seite zu sehen.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit andere Leute aus dem Verein zu sehen und zu hören, Antworten auf eventuelle Fragen zu bekommen, Belange einzubringen und neue Aktivitäten anzuregen.

Wir möchten uns in der außerordentlichen Vollversammlung mit der Struktur und der Organisation unseres wachsenden Vereins auseinandersetzen. Außerdem soll über eine Änderung der Beitragsordnung im Bereich Mädchen*Sport, Eltern-Kind-Turnen und MINT*A¹ Sport entschieden werden.
Die Tagesordnung findest du weiter unten. Anträge auf Ergänzungen der Tagesordnung müssen bis eine Woche vor der Versammlung schriftlich beim Vorstand eingereicht werden, damit der Vorstand sie noch auf die Tagesordnung setzen kann.

Änderung der Beitragsordnung (Eltern-Kind-Turnen, Kindertanz & Mädchen*Sport/MINT*A-Sport)

Begründung: Die Ein- und Ausgaben des Sportangebots sind nicht kostendeckend, da der Betreuungsaufwand personell höher als im Erwachsenensport ist – vorrangig 2 Trainer_innen pro Sportangebot. Für einen Ausbau des Mädchen*Sports/MINT*A-Sports/Eltern-Kind-Turnen ist es zwingend notwendig, kostendeckende Sportangebote zu haben.

Organisation und Strukturen eines wachsenden Vereins

1. Bericht: Welche Tätigkeiten werden aktuell hauptamtlich und welche ehrenamtlich ausgeführt?
2. Diskussion: Welche Struktur passt zu einem Verein mit über 1000 Vereinszugehörigen, 60 Trainer_innen, 70 Sportgruppen und 35 Sportarten? Sollte es bei Seitenwechsel Abteilungen geben, die sich teilweise selbst organisieren, wie es jetzt schon beim Fußball, Volleyball oder Boxen der Fall ist?
3. Diskussion: Wie können wir Menschen für das Ehrenamt bei Seitenwechsel (als Trainer*in oder im Beirat/ Vorstand) gewinnen? Welche Ideen habt ihr?
4. Diskussion: Welche Möglichkeiten gibt/gäbe es darüber hinaus, sich einzubringen?

You are kindly invited to the extraordinary general assembly on June 7^th 2023, 7.00 - 9:00 p.m.

The extraordinary general assembly offers the opportunity to actively shape the association, to bring in your own concerns and to see your sports association from a different perspective.

It gives you the opportunity to see and hear other people from the club, to get answers to possible questions, to bring in concerns and to suggest new activities.

At the extraordinary general meeting we would like to discuss the structure and organisation of our growing association. Furthermore, we want to decide on a change of the membership fees for girls* sport, parent-child gymnastics and MINT*A² sport.
You can find the agenda below. Proposals for additions to the agenda must be submitted to the board in writing up to one week before the meeting so that the board can still put them on the agenda.

We would be very happy if you let us know that you are coming to the Assembly, as we can then plan the food/snacks and drinks better.

Amendment of the Fee Schedule (Parent-Child Gymnastics, Children's Dance & Girls*Sport/MINT*A-Sport)

Justification: The income and expenses of the sports programme do not cover the costs, as the staffing requirements are higher than in adult sports - primarily 2 trainers per sports programme. For the expansion of girls* sports/MINT*A sports/parents-child gymnastics, it is imperative to have cost-covering sports offers.

Organisation and structures of a growing association

1. Report: Which activities are currently carried out on a full-time basis and which on a voluntary basis?
2. Discussion: What structure suits an association with over 1000 members, 60 coaches, 70 sports groups and 35 sports? Should there be departments that are partly self-organised, as is already the case with football, volleyball or boxing?
3. Discussion: How can we recruit people for voluntary work at Seitenwechsel (as trainers or on the advisory board)? What ideas do you have?
4. Discussion: What other possibilities are there to get involved?
