Du bist herzlich zur ordentlichen Vollversammlung am 23.11.2022, 19:00 – 21:00 Uhr eingeladen.

Aufgrund der anhaltenden Corona-Pandemie halten wir die Vollversammlung erneut online ab. Zur Netzsicherheit beachte bitte weiter unten die Hinweise zu ZOOM.

Anmeldung - Nur wenn du dich vorher bei uns mit der bei uns im System hinterlegten E-Mailadresse anmeldest, kannst du an der online Vollversammlung teilnehmen. Bitte schreibe uns dafür eine Nachricht an vollversammlung@seitenwechsel-berlin.de. Bitte beachte, dass wir eingehende Anmeldungen nur bis zum 23.11.2022 um 16:00 Uhr berücksichtigen können. Wir bitten die Zoom Empfehlungen zu beachten.

Die diesjährige Vollversammlung bietet erneut Gelegenheit, das Jahr aus Sicht des Vereinsteams zu beleuchten, eigene Belange einzubringen und deinen Sportverein mal von einer anderen Seite zu sehen.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit andere Leute aus dem Verein zu sehen und zu hören, Antworten auf eventuelle Fragen zu bekommen, Belange einzubringen und neue Aktivitäten anzuregen.

Wir berichten über die Aktivitäten im vergangenen Jahr und es werden der Beirat, Vorstand und Kassenprüfung gewählt.  

Inhaltlich möchten wir in diesem Jahr das Thema ehrenamtliches Engagement im Verein andiskutieren. Beirat, Vorstand, Mitarbeit bei Veranstaltungen und Vertretung des Vereins in Gremien… Seitenwechsel ist ein politischer Verein, daher gibt es zu unseren Themen viel zu tun! Aber Ehrenamt kann auch sein, einen Kuchen zu backen für ein Seitenwechsel-Event. Ein Ergebnis der Diskussion könnte sein, dass wir uns 2023 dazu ausführlicher austauschen (außerordentliche VV).

Die Tagesordnung findest du weiter unten. Anträge auf Ergänzungen der Tagesordnung müssen bis eine Woche vor der Versammlung schriftlich beim Vorstand eingereicht werden, damit der Vorstand sie noch auf die Tagesordnung setzen kann. Auch Kandidaturen für Beirat und Vorstand sende uns gern im Vorfeld.

Wir, der Beirat, versuchen eine diskriminierungskritische Praxis zu entwickeln und wir wünschen uns Menschen mit verschiedenen gesellschaftlichen Positionierungen, um vielfältige Perspektiven und Sichtweisen im Beirat zu haben. Wir laden Dich ein, Dich bei Interesse in den Beirat wählen zu lassen, um den Verein aktiv mitzugestalten. Weitere Informationen findest du hier.

Wir sind außerdem auf der Suche nach Menschen im Beirat, die sich explizit für das Thema Mädchen*Sport, MINTA*-Sport bzw. Jugendarbeit interessieren und sich aktiv einbringen wollen.

Zoom das kleinere Übel!
Wir haben dieses System als stabilstes identifiziert und geben dort Hinweise wie man den Umgang mit Zoom bestmöglich gestaltet. Sollte es aufgrund fehlendem Equipments deinerseits Schwierigkeiten geben teilzunehmen, melde dich und wir suchen nach Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten.

Wir haben zu Beginn der Corona-Pandemie eine kleine Zusammenfassung erstellt, welche wir euch an dieser Stelle nochmal verlinken: Zoom Hinweise.
Informiert euch und lest euch unsere Hinweise durch.

Die Einwahl ist ab 15 Minuten vorher in den Warteraum möglich - kommt rechtzeitig, wenn ihr Zoom zum ersten Mal nutzt. 5 Minuten vor Sitzungsbeginn werden wir euch eintreten lassen.

Registration - You will only be able to participate in the online assembly if you register with the e-mail address we have on file. Please send a message to vollversammlung@seitenwechsel-berlin.de. Please note that we can only consider incoming registrations until 2th of November 2022 at 4pm. Please follow the Zoom recommendations.

This year's Assembly is another opportunity to reflect on the year from the perspective of the Seitenwechsel team, to bring in your own concerns and to see Seitenwechsel from a different perspective.

There is the opportunity to see and hear other people from the club, get answers to any questions, raise concerns and suggest new activities.

We report on the activities of the past year and the advisory board, board of directors and cash audit are elected.  

This year we would like to discuss the topic of voluntary work in the association. Advisory board, board of directors, participation in events and representation of the association in committees... Seitenwechsel is a political association, so there is a lot to do! But volunteering can also be baking a cake for a Seitenwechsel event. One outcome of the discussion could be that we discuss this in more detail in 2023 (extraordinary AGM).

The agenda can be found below. Proposals for additions to the agenda must be submitted by writing on the board one week before the meeting so that the board can still put them on the agenda. Please also send us nominations for the advisory board and the executive board in advance. Please write them to info@seitenwechsel-berlin.de.

We, the advisory board, are trying to develop a discrimination- critical practice and we would like to have people with different social positioning in order to have diverse perspectives and views in the advisory board. We invite you to get elected to the advisory board if you are interested in actively shaping the club. You can find more information here.

We are also looking for people on the advisory board who are explicitly interested in the topic of girls* sport, MINTA* sport or youth work and who want to get actively involved.
 

Zoom the lesser evil! We have identified this system as the most stableand give advice on how to handle Zoom in the best possible way. If you have difficulties participating due to lack of equipment, please contact us and we will look for support.
