Ihr seid/Du bist herzlich zur ordentlichen Vollversammlung eingeladen.

Die diesjährige Vollversammlung bietet Gelegenheit den Verein aktiv mitzugestalten, eigene Belange einzubringen und deinen Sportverein mal von einer anderen Seite zu sehen.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit andere Leute aus dem Verein zu sehen und zu hören, Antworten auf Fragen zu bekommen, Bedarfe einzubringen und neue Angebote anzuregen.

Wir berichten über die Aktivitäten im vergangenen Jahr und es werden der Beirat, Vorstand und Kassenprüfung gewählt. Außerdem werden wir die neuen Projekte und Mitarbeiter*innen bei Seitenwechsel vorstellen.

Die Tagesordnung findest du weiter unten. Anträge auf Ergänzungen der Tagesordnung müssen bis eine Woche vor der Versammlung schriftlich beim Vorstand eingereicht werden, damit der Vorstand sie noch auf die Tagesordnung setzen kann. Auch Kandidaturen für Beirat und Vorstand sende uns gern im Vorfeld.

Wir, der Beirat, versuchen eine diskriminierungskritische Praxis zu entwickeln und wir wünschen uns Menschen mit verschiedenen gesellschaftlichen Positionierungen, um vielfältige Perspektiven und Sichtweisen im Beirat zu haben. Wir laden Dich ein, Dich bei Interesse in den Beirat wählen zu lassen, um den Verein aktiv mitzugestalten. Weitere Informationen findest du hier.

Wir sind außerdem auf der Suche nach Menschen im Beirat, die sich explizit für das Thema Mädchen*Sport, MINTA*-Sport bzw. Jugendarbeit interessieren und sich aktiv einbringen wollen.

Dear members of Seitenwechsel, 

You are cordially invited to the Annual General Meeting.

This year's General Assembly is an opportunity to actively participate in shaping the club, to bring in your own concerns and to see a different side of your sports club.

There is the possibility to see and hear other people from the club, to get answers to questions, to bring in needs and to suggest new offers.

We will report on the activities of the past year and the advisory board, board of directors and cash audit will be elected. We will also introduce the new projects and staff members at Seitenwechsel.

The agenda can be found below. Requests for additions to the agenda must be submitted in writing to the board one week before the meeting, so that the board can still put them on the agenda. Please also send us nominations for the advisory board and the board of directors in advance.

We are also looking for people on the advisory board who are explicitly interested in the topic of girls* sports, MINTA* sports or youth work and want to actively participate.
