Ihr seid/du bist herzlich zur ordentlichen Vollversammlungeingeladen.

Die diesjährige Vollversammlung bietet Gelegenheit den Verein aktiv mitzugestalten, eigene Belange einzubringen und deinen Sportverein mal von einer anderen Seite zu sehen.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit andere Leute aus dem Verein zu sehen und zu hören, Antworten auf Fragen zu erhalten, Bedarfe einzubringen und neue Angebote anzuregen.

Wir berichten über die Aktivitäten im vergangenen Jahr und es werden der Beirat und Kassenprüfung gewählt.

Die Tagesordnung findest du nach diesem Absatz. Anträge auf Ergänzungen der Tagesordnung müssen gemäß Satzung bis eine Woche vor der Versammlung schriftlich beim Vorstand eingereicht werden. Auch Kandidaturen für Beirat sende uns gern im Vorfeld. Schreibe diese bitte an vollversammlung@seitenwechsel-berlin.de.

zu TOP 9. Aufstellung des Beirates

Der Beirat vertritt die Interessen aller Seitenwechsler*innen und ist neben dem Vorstand, das oberste Entscheidungsgremium des Vereins. Der Beirat berät den Verein und kann Entscheidungen treffen zu Vereinszielen und -inhalten, Politik, Finanzen, Kooperationen, Projekte und anderem mehr. 

Du möchtest deinen Sportverein aktiv mitgestalten? Dann bist du herzlich willkommen!  

Wir freuen uns auf Menschen mit verschiedenen gesellschaftlichen Positionierungen, um vielfältige Perspektiven in die Arbeit des Beirats einbringen zu können.

zu TOP 10. Satzungsänderung: Kinderschutz

Der Vorstand schlägt der Vollversammlung folgende Satzungsänderung vor und bittet die Vollversammlung um Zustimmung:

§ 3 Gemeinnützigkeit und Grundsätze der Tätigkeit

  1. Der Verein verfolgt ausschließlich und unmittelbar gemeinnützige Zwecke im Sinne derAbgabenordnung (§§ 51ff. AO 1977 oder an deren Stelle tretende gleichartige steuerrechtlicheVorschriften).
     
  2. Der Verein ist selbstlos tätig; er verfolgt keine eigenwirtschaftlichen Zwecke.
     
  3. Etwaige Gewinne dürfen nur für satzungsgemäße Zwecke verwendet werden. Die Vereinszugehörigen erhalten keine Gewinnanteile und in ihrer Eigenschaft als Vereinszugehörige auch keine sonstigen Zuwendungen aus Mitteln des Vereins. Es darf keine Person durch Ausgaben, die den Zwecken des Vereins fremd sind, oder durch unverhältnismäßig hohe Vergütungen begünstigt werden.
     
  4. Die Organe des Vereins (§ 8) können ihre Tätigkeit gegen eine angemessene Vergütung ausüben. Bei Bedarf können Vereinsämter im Rahmen der haushaltsrechtlichen Möglichkeiten entgeltlich auf der Grundlage eines Dienstvertrages oder gegen Zahlung einer Aufwandsentschädigung nach § 3 Nr. 26a EStG ausgeübt werden. Die Entscheidung über eine entgeltliche Vereinstätigkeit trifft der Vorstand. Gleiches gilt für die Vertragsinhalte und -bedingungen.

  5. Der Verein verurteilt jegliche Form von Gewalt, unabhängig davon ob sie körperlicher, seelischer oder sexualisierter Art ist. Er stellt sich zur Aufgabe, Maßnahmen zum Schutz der Kinder, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen vor jeder Art von Gewalt zu initiieren.

Begründung:
Seitenwechsel strebt an, in 2025 das Kinderschutzsiegel des Landessportbund Berline.V. zu erwerben. Eines der Kriterien hierfür ist die Verankerung der Prävention jeglicher Gewalt in der Satzung.

„Das Kinderschutzsiegel richtet sich an Berliner Sportverbände und -vereine und ist ein Zertifikat zum Kinderschutz im Sport. Das Siegel trägt dazu bei, eine sichere Umgebung für Kinder und Jugendliche in Sportvereinen zu schaffen und kann gleichzeitig als Orientierung für Eltern, Kinder und Jugendliche dienen.“

Invitation to the General Assembly 2025

Dear members of the association, dear Seitenwechsler_in,

You are cordially invited to the Annual General Meeting.

This year's general assembly offers the opportunity to actively help shape the club, contribute your own concerns and see your sports club from a different perspective.

There is the opportunity to see and hear other people from the club, get answers to questions, contribute needs and suggest new offers.

We report on the activities of the past year and the advisory board and cash audit are elected.

You will find the agenda after this paragraph. Requests for additions to the agenda must be submitted in writing to the Executive Board up to one week before the meeting in accordance with the Articles of Association. You are also welcome to send us nominations for the advisory board in advance.

Agenda item 9. Election of the Advisory Board

The Advisory Board represents the interests of all Seitenwechsel members and, alongside the Executive Board, is the highest decision-making body of the association. The advisory board advises the club and can make decisions on club goals and content, politics, finances, co-operations, projects and much more. 

Would you like to play an active role in shaping your sports club? Then you are very welcome! 

We look forward to welcoming people with different social positions to bring a variety of perspectives to the work of the advisory board.

Agenda item 10. Amendment to the Articles of Association: Child protection

The Executive Board proposes the following amendment to the Articles of Association to the General Meeting and asks the General Meeting for approval:

§ 3 Common public interest and principles for activities

  1. The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes in the sense of the tax code (§§51ff. AO 1977 or equivalent tax provisions replacing them).
     
  2. The association is selflessly active; it does not pursue any self-economic purposes.
     
  3. Any gains may only be used for statutory purposes. Members of the association do not receive anyshares in profits and intheir capacity as members of theassociation no other benefits from theassociation's funds. No person may be favoured by expenses that are alien to the purposes of the association or bydisproportionately high remuneration.
     
  4. The bodies of the Association (§ 8) may carry out their activities for anappropriate remuneration. Ifnecessary, offices of the association can be exercised within the framework of budgetary possibilitiesagainst payment on the basis of a contract of service or against payment of an expense allowance inaccordance with § 3 Nr. 26 aEstG. The decision about an association activity against payment is madeby the board of directors. The same applies to the contents and terms of the contract.

  5. The association condemns any form of violence, regardless of whether it is of a physical, psychological or sexualised nature. It has set itself the task of initiating measures to protect children, young people and adults from all forms of violence.

Argumentation:
Seitenwechsel is aiming to acquire the child protection seal of the Landessportbund Berlin e.V. in 2025. One of the criteria for this is the anchoring of the prevention of all forms of violence in the statutes.

‘The child protection seal is aimed at Berlin sports associations and clubs and is a certificate for child protection in sport. The seal helps to create a safe environment for children and young people in sports clubs and can also serve as a guide for parents, children and young people.’
